activate automation controls permanently

I loved how old Vegas permenantly showed A Record button on every new track. How can I achieve this without having to right click every new audio track and select activate automation controls?

@randy-vild Click on the dots on the left edge of the track header, choose "Edit visible button set", pick what you want to see.
