Activation

Our activation process got stuck at point of installation. It said to press finish, and it appeared that we were finished, but it was still stuck on installing with a green line. And after pressing finish, the pop up square screen left our monitor screen and we cannot figure out how to start and enter our serial numbers. It is very frustrating. Please help. We would like to get started making music ASAP! Can anyone help us outside or, in the U.S.? If you are in the U.S., can you email us?

The wording of your question gives the impression that you may be thinking that this forum is a method for lodging a support request. However, the forum is not an avenue for support; rather, it is a user-to-user forum.

If your product is Vegas Pro and you want to contact Vegas support, please click on the Support link in the forum header, select Vegas Pro and scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll find a Contact Support link.

But as you mentioned 'music' in your post, it may be that you have a MAGIX audio product (e.g Samplitude, Sound Forge, Music Maker, etc). If this is the case, you'll need MAGIX;s user forum - https://www.magix.info/us/audio-forum/ - where you can likewise use the Support link in that forum 's header, select your MAGIX product and then scroll down the page for the Contact Support link.
