The first comment after the original post provides a link to MAGIX Support which is the avenue that you are best advised to take in order to contact the Support helpdesk.
If you purchased VP for a third-party dealer, contact them. There has been activation issues lately over at the Magix Sound Forge forum when SF has been purchased from Best Buy, Musician's Friend and other vendors. I recommend purchasing directly from Magix.
