Activation Error - Error code: -24

I upgraded my boot SSD and am attempting to reinstall and use VEGAS Pro 18 Edit I purchased on Humble Bundle in December 2022. I am getting this error code telling me my serial number is registered to another email address. I am unable to use this product I purchased. I am not certain how to proceed further.

This is a fresh install of Windows. I had this previously installed successfully. I am using the key supplied from Humble Bundle.

Sounds to me like you initially activated it with a different e-mail address than you are now trying to use to activate it. You'll need to contact Magix support.
