Hello, good afternoon.

I have been able to buy vegas Post but I skip this error. I put the codes that they sent me with the mail, but it does not work, I have even formatted the PC and I still see this problem. someone could help me.

for now I have not found, the way to talk to Magix technical support.

he podido comprar vegas Post pero me salta este error. puse los código que me enviaron con el correo, pero no funciona, he incluso formatee el Pc y me sigue apareciendo este problema. alguien podría ayúdame. por ahora no he encontrado, la forma para hablar con el soporte técnico de Magix.

That looks very much like a Boris FX licence issue rather than a Vegas licence issue (the Activation screen is for Boris FX's Licence Tool). You'll need to contact Boris FX Support via https://borisfx.com/support/open-a-case/

But first, try going to your Boris FX My Account, go to Licences and for the Boris product hit the "Reset License" button (this can be done only once per month I believe) and then try the activation process again.
