I answered you on my tutorial as well. But the short answer is NO. Use the script in this tutorial:

That will tell you each effect you have, the name, presets, GUID, as well as whether or not it is an OpenFX effect.

Only OpenFX effects will let you add keyframes via a script.

Also, is there really no way to get the selected keyframes on an OFX effect?

@RedyM You can add as many keyframes as you wish on an OFX effect. You add them per parameter. The tutorial you looked at on my tutorial page shows you how to do that. You can also read the keyframes that are set on an OFX effect.

It's just the DirectX effects that can't get keyframes from a script.
