add echo and fade effects?

Ten days before i bought vegas pro 14 with offer at dpcoupon.com for doing video and audio editing in a high resolution and it works fine. My question is, can we add echo and fade effects in the audio clip?

A few different ways to fade audio in/out (or up/down), event fade and volume envelopes being the quick and easiest.

There are lots and lots and lots of delay (echo) effects plug-ins available, (both free and for purchase.. as well as reverbs, chorus, flangers... ect,, ect., ect.,
