I know the Vegas Pro method: if you drop an fx to a 3d subclip, you
can set individualy with checkbox, for which view you want to add the fx (or both). But i cannot find this double checkbox in Moviestudio 11.
Is it possible that i cannot correct one view if it has different exposure for example? Can't be.
I always reach the limits of Studio :(
I will make a list what's the real and important difference between the Studio and the Pro version, that is not listen on the homepage..
Are your left and right views separate media files? Like from two separate cameras?
If so, you could try applying the FX to the media file itself rather than applying it to the event on the timeline. You can apply an FX directly to any clip in the media pool, and that effect will (or at least should) be applied automatically everywhere you use that media. (But I'm just guessing at suggestions here -- I haven't done anything with 3D.)
Thanks for the tip, i also thinked about it.
But unfortunatly it doesn't work.
Yes, i work with two sidebyside cameras, so i have two mediafiles.
If i apply the FX to the left file in the mediapool, the 3D subclip on the timeline doesn't change. Even if it's change, i have a 8 minutes syncronized left and right file with different scenes, so different levels correction, etc is needed, so it not work one FX to the whole 8 min.
