Add Image to Scroll Page?

I have a scroll page I made inside of a regular key page with keyframes to make it scroll.....how do I add an image to this? Let's say at the end of the scroll above the copyright?

Leave a hole for it n the credit roll and then use Track Motion to move it at the proper time at the proper speed. You may have to do some experimentation to get it to scroll at the proper speed.
