add-on cannot be download securely - NewBlue TotalFX

I purchased a full copy of Movie Studio 2022 Platinum. I tried to download the add-on from the link "http://dl04.magix.net/2022/NewBlue/NewBlueTotalFX7-210922.exe" but received the message "can't be downloaded securely". I thought this error message might be caused because I had not installed the main program to which it was linked. I corrected this problem by installing the main program but still received the same message. I am completely at a loss what to try next. If you can help I would be grateful. Windows 10 PC

@Peter-Holmes Hi, after downloading Magix, restarting the pc, i had to download from here TotalFX7 https://newbluefx.com/download-dash/

The link you posted doesn't work when i clicked it.

Movie Studio 2022 is not a VEGAS product, it's a version of Magix Movie Edit Pro. Support for MS2022 is not available on this site. However, support for Movie Studio 2022 is available from the Magix user forum at https://www.magix.info/us/video-forum/

So please post such queries on the Magix Community site, not here.
