add scaned pictures

When adding pictures from the scanner to vegas i always have to resize each one due to the edges of the pictures showing. I know their is an easier way.
Please help me.

When the event is on the Time Line. Click the Event Pan/Crop Icon, right click on the image in the Pan/Crop window and select "Match Output Aspect" This will save you gobs of time.
