Adding a File or Document

Is it possible to add a document to the same disc I am burning video clips to?

For example, if it is a training video, can I add a document that can be printed from the My Computer menu and handed out before playing the video?

Yes. You can add an "extras" folder under File / Properties / Disc Properties, near the bottom. Create a directory on your hard drive containing the files you want to include, then point to that folder in the properties.
