When you say ACID Files... you are talking about .wav's, right?

An ACIDized file is just a file that has metadata that tells it's tempo, note, & some other info. VEGAS should open a .wav with no problem. Whether it's ACIDized or not, VEGAS should open it provided the codec used to make the .wav is present on the workstation.
