Adding an accent to letters in text

How is this best accomplished? Like the spanish form of an accent over the letter "a".

just add the Spanish Keyboard in Control Panel and the select it. You will have all the Spanish keyboards accesible in Vegas.

Accents and much, much more are avaiable if you use the Windows Character Map
