Adding black blank slide to seperate sections

I'd like to add a black blank slide to seperate sections of the movie, how do I do this?

The simplest way to do this is to leave a space between each video section and that will create a blank black frame for as long as the space you create is.

drewU2s way is probably the simpplest way but may be difficult to get each 'blank spot' equal. You could just drop a black generated solid color of predetermined length where you need them.
