I usually run my laptop at 1600 x 1200. To connect to a projector I had to reduce Screen Res. to 800 x 600.
After that, if I tried to add FX to an event, the FX window outline opened, it remained blank beige inside and I had to Use Ctrl / Alt / Delete to go back to XP Desktop.
Returning to usual resolution it's fine again, but 800 x 600 locks up Vegas as soon as FX are added.
Any ideas?
