Adding graphic with alpha channel to menu ?

I'm using DVDA 4.5 and am trying to get this to work:

I have menu with a video background. I want to add a single logo-graphic (TGA format, it's an oval shaped logo with an alpha-mask to mask off the stuff around the shape).

I can add the graphic without a problem, but the alpha-mask is not applied.

Any suggestion ?

Try using a PSD with no background layer instead.
