When you do a "save with trimmed media" from the UI, you can set a head/tail amount on the trimmed media. It appears that when doing this via script, it sets head/tail to 0, which gives me no breathing room if I ever need to tweak the clip.

Is there any way to force a head/tail amount on this API?
