Adding just video without audio to timeline

Is it possible to add just the video footage without the audio to the timeline.

Of course.
Right click media in Project Media.
Hold down right button, drag to time line and choose 'Add Video Only' from context options.

another way is in the trimmer, hit the tab key to highlight the video track and drag to the timeline. you can do the same for audio tracks.
