Newbie here. Got a question. I have two video tracks. On one track, I have an event that I am chroma keying over the event in the second video track. Ok..that works great. However, I am trying to do a Star Trek like transporter effect. For now, I have the video event in track one do a simple dissolve so that in the end of the transition, only the background is visible. What I want to do is add some kind of noise effect that would (for lack of a better explanation) pixelate the video event in track 1. I can add noise to the event, but I would rather have it begin to pixelate and continue to get worse while the dissolve is happening. Am I making any sense here. I'm not currently up on all the video lingo yet, but making some progress. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
