Adding Quicktime & Windows media to a web site

Does anyone know a good resource that will show me how to post the quicktime and windows media I produced with Sorenson Squeeze to a web page and web site? I also want to know how to have a picture with the option of choosing quicktime or windows media player. I'm using FrontPage 2000 which doesn't seem user friendly for doing this? Thanks

Create the files wmv or mov (256K preset works for me)
FTP the files to your web site
Create a link to the files
