Adding tracks to CDA 5

Does anybody know a fast way to add tracks at 1 or 2 minute intervals in CD Architect 5? I'm talking about something even faster than setting points on the track and pressing 'T'. That's not too bad, but I have a bunch of voice recordings to be logged and I just want a fast navigation mechanism for this phase of the project.

Any help appreciated!

Just at those intervals irrespective of programme, or at chosen points ?

Sorry for the delay, been out of town. These would be irrespective of the program. Just a way of moving very quickly to sections of a CD while logging content, such as when reviewing a transcript.
