My first Vegas pro was 7. So, I was familiar with its transition selection.
And after I upgraded to 10. All the previous transitions were still there, but no new ones. Did I miss something during installation?
And where can I download free and paid ones for more?

Off hand, I can't recall any new transitions between Vegas Pro 10 and 14.
Red Giant used to have some free transitions with their free 'Universe' product, but I don't think that the free version is available any more. But check out http://www.redgiant.com/universe/universe-tools/ for their paid subscription version.

But be sure to check out host NLE compatibility before buying. For example, you almost certainly won't have compatibility if you are using VP10 32 bit rather than the 64 bit version.
