Adjust Clip Size w/ Keyframes LockedTo It?

Is there a way to lock the keyframes I create to a clip itself (as opposed to the timeline)...so when I decide to resize the clip, the keyframes will adjust accordingly?

Yeah, put the effect on the CLIP/Event and not the TRACK. Then, all keyframes associated with that event/clip, will size accordingly when you trim or stretch the event length.
