I have a audio file that does not pop at all when played in SF but back in Vegas it does.

I suspect vegas and my system is not handleing the audio as well.

My playback buffer is .350
record latency is "automatic"

I am using a echo layla with Pure Wave drivers. Even set to wdm I have had consistent and similar problems in Vegas.

I have not had trouble anywhere else in the system with audio.

also, do plugins on inactive tracks take up juice
