Siby, that may have been made in AE but it could have certainly been done in Vegas Pro. In fact, if you were going to do this several times you could create a Vegas template using slugs and the Replace Media function for each new presentation. An easier, and in my opinion, more elegant solution is to use Proshow Producer. They have templated solutions, but even doing custom slideshows with sophisticated multi-image animations is simple.
