Ok, I have the latest drivers and my Windows 10 professional is up to date. i get this error Message for Vegas 13 & 14 and MS13:

No other programs seem to be impacted.
Tried shift CTL on start and still won't run any of the above programs.
Any ideas, have sent in report.
AMD HD7700, AMD 6 core, 16 Gigs of Ram, windows 10 professional, Vegas 14 211,
All ran perfectly until this morning.
Does this happen whenever you try to start a new project? Or on an existing project?
You may have been bitten by a Microsoft Windows 10 update.
Or, if you have an Nvidia graphics card, the update that just came down for their driver (another post discusses this).
And you should make sure that all the disk drives you use for Vegas have room on them. Creating temporary and work files goes on all the time.

After a frustrating morning I have found the issue with, it appears that my 7 year old mother boards controller is failing. In post it will not often boot through the various drives - sometimes taking a few minutes before it finds them and boots. Most of my components are between 6-7 years old, so I guess it times for a new computer. I was hoping to wait a year, but this machine is failing. Thanks to all who resonded. Red Prince I think you are correct in that it is a corruption issue caused by hardware problems.
I deleted all the New Blue FX plugins and now 14 is working. Computer still having boot issues so have ordered replacement.
