Alpha channel from After Effects to inport into vegas

Hi,

I looked thru the help and still can't get this to work in V15 (and V13).

In AE (cc2015), I render out an alpha channel (lower thirds)..tried both uncompress AVI and quicktime..selected ALpha..render..in vegas I put the clip on the timeline, go into properties for that clip and select Media, then in the Alpha Channel I select Premultiplied.

I think you want to use the RGB render with Million+ colors. The plus is the alpha.

I like to use the QT Animation codec. Gives a nice clean video with alpha with a small filesize.

Save that as a preset, it makes it easier later on. Glad it worked.
