Ok I am getting pretty good quicktime renders,but am curious to see how this stands up to what everyone else gets for sizes of video files.

Ok here is my settings.
Quicktime 512 is my template.
Custom settings are first page set to best,video page is set to 320x240 sorenson is codec with 85% quality setting.Bitrate is 56.
Audio is 44 and Ilaw (I killed the spelling)setting.
Streaming video page is unchecked.
The audio video test piece is 8 seconds long.

My data size after rendering the 8 second piece is 781 klbtes.
Is this a good respectable no.?
I am trying to find this out before rendering a full video.I really appreciate the help on this.
