Does anyone here use Altiverb 6? I'm trying to get support since it crashes Vegas 10 on every launch and what I got from my support ticket was a canned answer about background services... while the same plug works in every other DAW I own with no issue.

Is anyone here successfully using Altiverb 6 with Vegas in Win 7? It crashes on every startup scan. I have to rename the *.dll to even use Vegas.

Are the people running support tickets just copying and pasting scripts? I get the feeling that whoever answered this has no idea what I'm talking about.
