AMD Graphics Drivers and NBFX Titler Pro 7

I am using an AMD RX 6700XT graphics card. When updating the drivers to the latest 22.10.3, for some reason, trying to load Titler Pro standalone or using TP7 in VP19 B643, I will get as far as "please wait while the library is loading", but it remains in the white screen of death.

Going back to earlier drivers, and it loads as it should whether in Vegas or as standalone.

To make matters more complicated, going back to 22.5.1 and Resolve Studio 18 doesn't load. Trying to find something that did work with Ignite Pro, Resolve and TP7, I went all the way back to 21.10.2 from Oct 2021. Everything is loading. But just scratching my head on this. Before each driver install, I remove the driver with AMD's amdcleanuputility which boots into Safe Mode to do the graphics driver removal.

@Reyfox, there's an issue with the newest AMD driver. The developers are working on a fix for this and it is planned to be fixed in the next pending release (yes, there is a new release pending!). So please stick with the older driver for now until the new release is available.
