An easy question about downloading VF demo?

Please tell me how I keep my comp. on line long enough to download VF. After about an hour it kicks me off which ticks me off.

I use a program called AutoSurf...it allows you to type in a list of web sites and it will automatically surf those sites for you therefore tricking your computer into thinkin that you are there surfing... pretty cool...
