An error occurred starting video factory

Hi,

I have recently bought VideoFactory and have yet to properly get to grips with it. One thing that worries me is that I get the same error message every time I boot it up. The message is " An error occurred starting video factory. No renderer found for source reader". Does anyone know what this means and what can I do about it?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try the .dll and see if that solves it.

Cheers.

Well, the twain_32 idea didn't work out. Anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks.

Ok, my bad. I originally put the .dll in the wrong folder. Have sorted it now and no longer get the error message. Thanks for the tip SonicEPM.
