Again, I know, I shouldn't ask here, I don't know where else to go to get a specific into for Sony Vegas
One thing for sure, you will need a lot of, I'll call it 'Transparent Image elements', like those 'NewsChannel' text with Gray rectangle, the 'SonicWindBlue | Sonic the Hedgehog' plus the background element for that text, the quick transition bar, the 'Sonic WindBlue News Text', stack these whole images part vertically across the tracks, and make motion per image part.
Hope this can give you a general thought of the idea for the workflow.
