Medtron.org has added support for Anaglyph and Dual Stream 3D timelines to the Make3D Stereoscopic 3D Toolkit. The Anaglyph 3D format allows production of DVDs for mass distribution. You can create standard DVDs, or high-definition AVCHD DVDs that will play in most BluRay players. Inexpensive Red/Cyan glasses are required for Anaglyph viewing, but the only other hardware requirements are a TV and DVD player.
Tools have been added for automatically converting the 3D timeline between Anaglyph, Dual Stream and Side By Side 3D formats. Also included are tools for adjusting and resetting the stereo 3D window.
For more information on the new features, see the user's manual Make3D_1_0_13.pdf located at:

This looks really cool. I use Vegas for working with steroscopic 3d and the problem I have is lining up 2 tracks of interlaced video at the field level. I can do it by setting the Vegas project to 59.94fps but I have to then render to 59.94 because if I try to render to 30fps Vegas will never keep the fields lined up the way I had them.

I used to render enourmous 60fps intermediary files but I only recently discovered I could use nested timelines instead. I nest the 60fps project in a 30fps timeline and it doesn't collapse the fields!!!

Can't wait to try out this plugin. Thanks!
