anchor effect to pixel

cam you anchor an effect to a pixel and it then follow it through the clip, or do you have to plot it with keyframes?

Sorry, there is no motion tracking in VV3. If your motion is fairly smooth, and your effect alignment not super-critcal (like an edge alignment), you might get away with a keypoint every 10 or 20 frames, maybe more.
