Animated Text is Jittery

I've been having a helluva time with animated text appearing jittery in the final render.
...any thooughts?

Which version Vegas?

Scrolling text?
Sometimes a soft shadow can help with interlace. So can the speed.

Any certain direction?
Too intense color?

Can you post a sample?

I'm running 7.0d.

What I've done is layered two examples of text. -One in the foreground, the second is an expanding (keyframed) layer in a different colour used as a visual effect.
The keyframing was done in the text media generator as opposed to the usual size/crop control. -That may be the issue by itself... (!)
