Animated Thumbnails skip or flash

When I incorporated multiple animated thumbnails and background in a project ( submenus) the animiated thumbnails would skip or flash. The animated thumbnails are from the rendered mpeg file which is fine. Tech support had not heard of this. Anyone do extensive background animation or loop video as well as animate or use loop video for thumbnail buttons and have this issue. Any suggestions

I have seen one or two do this when 5 or 6 thumbnails were animated. I rebuilt the DVD and the same thing happened at the exact same spot. The original file was fine as it played fine on the DVD itself (after clicking on the button that flashed).
