Animation for Menu screen

i would like to have a short AVI play then stop on the last frame or the animation before my menu icons appear...how do i do that?

Try using the first/introductory play under File - Properties.

And to build on that, then use your last frame of that movie as your background image in your main menu.

So what happens when you want to have multiple movies from the main menu to submenus? That is the problem I am having.
