Animation masking/connection issue help

Howdy, it's been ages since I've done any work in Vegas, so I'm learning a bunch of the new tools, and basically re learning a bunch of video editing. I'm currently using Vegas Pro 21, and I have the suite but am unfamiliar with the rest of it at this time.

I'm trying to solve an animation thing I'd like to do. I can brute force this with track motion, but I'd like to see if there's an easier way to do it using any of the new masking tools, bezier or anything else.

Here's the problem.

I have a video clip of someone shaking their head. I've used the AI Smart Mask 2.0 to mask out everything but their head, no problem.
Next I have a PNG still image that I'd like to move across the screen in various ways, starting from off screen each time. . I'd like to attach the masked video clip to part of the image so it moves across the screen with it, while it continues it's own play of that video clip. Is it possible to have it motion track with the png without having to do it with a basic track motion on each item?

@Fintarue

Hi, try Parent / Child your tracks, then you can use Parent Track motion that will move Parent+all Child tracks.

@Fintarue 👍 I just want to mention you can have Parent/Child groups within another Parent track, this Parent track will move the other Parent/Child groups within it as one & you still have the option to move the others with their own individual Track motion or Parent track motion 👍 Also if you add Adjustment events to a Parent/Child group, those effects added to that Adjustment event 'should' only affect the tracks within that Parent/Child group.
