Animation of alternate colors on a text in Vegas Effects?

Hello to all of you

In Vegas Effects.

Is it possible to program an animation of several alternative colors on the same text?

In Vegas Pro yes and it's easy.

But in Effects?

I have the impression that there are things that are feasible in Effects but not in Pro and vice versa.

you can use Fill color OFX and animate it

I had not understood that it was in the effects. At first I was looking in the text editor.
