Annoying Warning

I have installed Vegas 6 several times. I am obviously a bit of an idiot because each time I end up with the Media Manager broken...actually I don't need it or want to use it. I organise my own files :)

So can someone give me some tips on how to get the warning to go away that pops up each time I open Vegas?

"An Error Occurred With the Media Manager. This feature will be unavaliable"

Well great...I don't care... :)

Go into your Prefs, disable Media Manager, close Vegas, and restart.
Done

After a happy relationship with MM, since its inception in V6, the latest V6c update has broken 2 things - MPEG2 encoding and MM usage. MM is now disabled. My MPEG2-ing? I do this thru other software, until I get a solution. BUT I can now extmon my SteadyHand footage though. Yah win some! Yah loose some! . .Yah still carry on editing . . .
