Another Company Wide Meeting!

I called in for support and found Sony is having a company wide meeting. How long is that going to last. In the last month I've called in 3 times, and twice I've gotten that message.

Here's my question. I just upgraded to 10 a month of less ago. I'd like to know how much longer I have Platinum service? I think the total is 45 days. I think there's supposed to be a personal account on the web that tells me about my purchases.

Log in using your email address and password. If you have not yet created a MyAccount, please enter your email address into the Register field, then create the account. Once you have done so, you will be able to access your registered serial numbers, active support plans, and email/phone support incidents.

Thanks. 150 days left on 9.0. Somehow I thought I had Vegas 10.

Maybe you can answer this question. I'm looking at the box the product came in, and I have the disk with the product, but no jacket for it. I've looked for a jacket, but haven't found one. Was it packaged without one?
