I called in for support and found Sony is having a company wide meeting. How long is that going to last. In the last month I've called in 3 times, and twice I've gotten that message.
Here's my question. I just upgraded to 10 a month of less ago. I'd like to know how much longer I have Platinum service? I think the total is 45 days. I think there's supposed to be a personal account on the web that tells me about my purchases.
