Just as Cgarn posted, I've just finished my first project...thanks to all of the question posters and problem solvers! This forum is a great resource.

This program has clearly outshone every other program I've used for editing (and I've used them all over the past few years).

One question...once I got the DVD files together, I used Nero for the actual burning (just because I've had great results with this in the past). As I think I've read on other posts, Nero reported a possible error with video file allocation. I proceeded to burn the DVD anyway, and it plays perfectly on both my computer DVD drive and on my home theater setup...any idea what the cause of this is???

The version of DVD Architect you are using creates VOB files that are just a few bytes larger than the standard size. This doesn't seem to affect playback, although it's possible that some older DVD players might glitch when moving from one VOB file to the next. The single biggest difficulty is that it's nearly impossible to copy these CDs by using the Copy Disc function in Nero. You can't even drag the VOB files back to the hard drive. So, if you want mulitple copies you'll have to burn them all from the prepared folder that DVDA creates before deleting the files from your hard drive.

Later versions of DVDA don't have this problem anymore.
