Another thread on jerky playback

I've read through the various threads on the forum regarding jerky playback and so far nothing suggested has helped me. I'm running Win XP Pro on a Dell P4 @ 2 gig with 2 gigabytes of Ram, a trio of Cheetahs. Here's an IRQ summary:
IRQ Usage Summary:

Resource Summary Report - Page: 2

(ISA) 0 System timer
(ISA) 1 Dell Enhanced QuietKey PS2 with DellTouch
(ISA) 3 Communications Port (COM2)
(ISA) 4 Communications Port (COM1)
(ISA) 6 Standard floppy disk controller
(ISA) 8 System CMOS/real time clock
(ISA) 9 Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System
(PCI) 10 Intel(R) 82801BA/BAM SMBus Controller - 2443
(ISA) 13 Numeric data processor
(ISA) 15 Secondary IDE Channel
(PCI) 16 NVIDIA Quadro2 Pro
(PCI) 16 Adaptec SCSI Card 29160N - Ultra160 SCSI
(PCI) 17 Creative SB Live! Value (WDM)
(PCI) 18 Texas Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller
(PCI) 18 3Com 3C920 Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller (3C905C-TX Compat
(PCI) 19 NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400
(PCI) 19 Intel(r) 82801BA/BAM USB Universal Host Controller - 2442
(PCI) 23 Intel(r) 82801BA/BAM USB Universal Host Controller - 2444

I think that's everything people might need to give me a guess. It was sometimes jerky in VV3 but not like it is in VV4.
