Quite apart from the chapter marker issue, it could/should be a good way to force the encoder to better handle cuts, or difficult to encode portions. FCP / DVDSPro does this, hopefully Vegas 7 and DVDA can be forced to do the same thing. Only issue I can see is having only one type of marker, it'd mean in DVDA having to cope with lots of unwanted chapter markers.
