Antares and Melodyne

Has anyone compared these 2 Autotune programs? Antares and Melodyne.
I'd like to know the differences and users preferences

Did ever find out the difference ? i am about to buy one of them i down load the antares demo but i can't get it to work with acid and i have bad feeling about this program i am about to use another program i hade acid no costumer service ! i may try melodyne what should i get beside acid ?
