Wait awhile--I have a funny feeling that this product isn't exactly flying off the shelves. I would bet that a price reduction is right around the corner.

For me to consider buying this product now, they would have to do one of two things. Either really drop the price, or even better yet, massively expand the choice for music.

If you are a student or educator (or have one in the house) there are academic versions with the bonus DVD for around $150.

I just want to clarify what said earlier. I'm not saying this is a bad product--it isn't. All I'm saying is that as it stands right now I can't see a way to fit it into my work flow.

There are others, like Grazie, who are far more creative in their thinking in seeing how to apply product X than I am.

Too, I'm a charter member of Gear Sluts Anonymous (GSA). It's taken me some time to come to the realization that I don't need every piece of new gear that comes along. Part of the training is to be very skeptical about "new products". New video gear is and can be very addictive!

Heck I wanted to upgrade from Acid 3 Pro to 6, but my serial numbers didn't get transferred from SF and I can't find my original disk anymore (moved 3 times since buying). If I had Acid 6 I would consider Cinescore to round things out.
But, wisely I'm saving my money at the moment,:).
