I got this Canon G2 picture camera that also does these video files with sound. They're MVI.AVI files and VV3 won't open them.
I tried the Morgan M-JPEG and it works well but my free trial period is now over. I was just wondering if there is any free codec available for these files. Am I missing something before I buy? Quicktime opens it very easily...but (again) not Vegas... Maybe a "conversion" program to convert those files into a more appropriate file format?
