HD or HDV ?
newmediarules wrote on 4/22/2006, 7:48 AM
HDV would be preferable

Considering how new HD is and that HD stock footage is very valuable, I would be amazed if you found a free stock site with a lot of footage.

The VASST HDV files say you may download the files but may not put them on your own page, you have to link to that page, so I think those files are for testing HDV. I don't think they are intended for commercial use.

What kind of footage are you looking for? Anything in particular?
newmediarules wrote on 4/22/2006, 2:10 PM
nature, waterfalls, psychedelic, fire, etc...

I'm doing an HD version of an SD show.

See the backgrounds that have the moving "STARe" on them? I need HD versions of those or something similar.

Thx so much for your input.
